Terms of Service

Vero Solo lets you photograph a load, get an itemized volume estimate, build a branded quote, and collect card payment from your customer. You are responsible for the final price you send — estimates are a starting point you can edit before any quote goes out.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for the quotes and prices you send to your customers.

Vero Solo is a paid subscription billed at $19.99 per month. There is no free trial. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card payments your customers make also flow through Stripe to your connected account, subject to Stripe's terms.

Photo estimates are generated automatically and are approximate. They depend on photo quality and the items in frame. You should review every quote and adjust items, quantities, and pricing before sending. Vero Solo is not liable for a price you choose to send.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

You keep ownership of the photos, customer details, and business information you put into Vero Solo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content so we can provide the service.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these terms over time; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vero Solo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
